Working with the SmartTask
SmartTask is casavi’s ticket management system. See how you can communicate online with your tenants and owners or with your service providers about processes and orders.

- See how your customers can submit a request via the preview in the customer portal
- Create a task yourself in SmartTask and then see how each function works
- Find out how to create an order to a service provider
- Go to the administration area and see what customizations you can make (task types, order types, checklists)
