Instructions for your MyDomain
Carry out the following three steps to be able to use casavi via your individual subdomain:
1. SET A NAME FOR YOUR DOMAIN
- Example: portal.yourownwebsite.com
- Component of the subdomain: Freely selectable term [dot] Your existing domain [dot] Existing ending
2. SET UP YOUR SUBDOMAIN
- With your hosting provider
- Create a DNS CNAME record on “mycasavi.com.” (without inverted commas but with a dot at the end)
3. INFORM US
- Send us the name of your subdomain, by e-mail to: onboarding@casavi.de
We then take care of the link with casavi and the SSL certificate so that you and your customers can use the portal securely and conveniently via the subdomain.
