Administration “casavi with extended rights”: Take a look at the individual functions and settings you can make in the admin area.

Make the following basic settings:

  • Account management: add information about your company
  • Employee administration: Create your employees and assign employee roles
  • Look & Feel: Customize the portal to your corporate colors and upload your logo

Check the following default settings:

  • Order types: Define the service provider types you are going to deposit
  • Questions & Answers (FAQ): Create articles related to common inquiries
  • Document types: Define the document types you will provide in the portal
