Check-up and invitation process

After your master data has been successfully imported to casavi and your account has been set up, you can invite your tenants and owners to casavi.

Recommended invitation process

In order to achieve an organized invitation process with a maximum registration rate, we recommend the following strategy. Before you go into individual communication, announce at owners’ assemblies or via a community notice board that the casavi portal is being rolled out. The next step is to contact your tenants/owners by individual letter. With a delay of around one week, you start the invitation process by e-mail directly and easily from the casavi platform..
