Working with the SmartTask

SmartTask is casavi’s ticket management system. See how you can communicate online with your tenants and owners or with your service providers about processes and orders.

  • See how your customers can submit a request via the preview in the customer portal
  • Create a task yourself in SmartTask and then see how each function works
  • Find out how to create an order to a service provider
  • Go to the administration area and see what customizations you can make (task types, order types, checklists)
